Do I have insomnia or some other sleeping disorder?
A few months ago I started taking medicine to help stablize my mood and my psychiatrist told me to take it every night before i go to bed. I recently foregot to take it with me on vacation and haven’t slept in 3 nights. Does this mean I am an insomniac?
